False Balcony Rails - Rehoboth Beach, DE

We ordered railings for six false balconies for the front of our home from Southeastern Ornamental Iron. They were great to work with--very knowledgeable--and produced a high quality product at a very fair price. The railings arrived and just before they were to be installed, our Architect changed the specs and each railing had to be extended by 13".

This was our problem--but this is where working with a GOOD company really paid off. SOI quickly produced additional vertical balusters and provided additional ornamental script for the railings almost vernight--and at a price that looked very much what their costs would be--just to help us solve this problem. Based on our experiences with SOI--we'll be back, as will many of our friends and neighbors looking for custom railings for the new homes being built in our area.

Custom Aluminum Deck Railing - Orlando, FL

Custom Aluminum Deck Railing -
Kihei, Hawaii

We worked very close with Denney our customer in Hawaii to produce custom aluminum railings that were designed by his Architect. The railings consist of bellowed balusters, Top Cap Seo-285, and a GEO pattern frieze throughout the top.

The railings were powder coated to match a finish that was existing on his home.

Custom Aluminum False Balcony Rail -
Brooklyn, New York

Joseph Paduano ordered these custom false balcony railings from Southeastern ornamental. He added the custom scroll design to the tops of our SEO-FB-04 Design. He also added a small planters shelf on the bottom. The rails were powder coated black.

Custom Aluminum True Balconies -
West Virginia

These balconies were selected from our True Balcony Railing Brochure.
Their design number is SEO-TB-08BL. We received these picture from our
customers Mr. and Mrs. Meeks after they completed the installation. This is
what they wrote:
"Bobby & Patty, We wanted to let you know we received
our balconies and they are beautiful. We installed them today and wanted to
share some pics of them up. We can’t stop looking at them. Just unbelievable.
Thanks for all your guys help. We want to get a price on maybe the same

Custom Aluminum Deck Railing - Clifon, NJ

We recently completed a deck railing project for Jamal
Oghaz in Clifon, NJ. His design consists of 70’ of hand forged aluminum
panels to be similar to design #R-33 on our web site. We built the railings to
fit the exact specifications provided by Mr. Oghaz. The design includes
aluminum ball caps on each post and aluminum flanges for mounting the railing
to his deck. The railing is powder coated “Medium Bronze”.

Custom Aluminum Deck Railing - Maryland

We have just completed the aluminum step and aluminum deck railing for our
customer Steve Smee. The railing designs are #26 on our “popular railings brochure“. The design is “SEO-CASA (alt collars/bowtie) #26″. We worked hand in hand with
steve to make sure hie railings were built exactly as he intended. We provided
numerous drawings and revisions to ensure that every detail was attended to. We
look forward from hearing from Steve once he has his aluminum railings
installed and hope to acquire photos of his finished product.
